"Before acquiring my first GS-105, I had the occasion to drive few laps with a D-Box simulator. Maybe it was not well adjusted, maybe the circumstances were not optimum, but I remember from this experience the sensation to be shaken of course accordingly to the car moves, but with little benefits from my driving (owners of this type of simulator will come down on me like a ton of bricks...).
I also tried a large platform with 6 actuators on which stood a car cockpit. It was worse, it moved "slowly", I had more the sensation to be in a boat than anything else !
With the Geko, on the other hand, I really feel the seat motions bring useful information for driving ! And above all the left/right forces, which can even allow to feel early the car slipping.
I used a GS-105 seat for more than 8 years. I was so happy with it I replaced it with the new GS-Cobra. This dynamic seat system returns very well the forces applied to the car in the simulations.

The new GS-Cobra is much more beautiful, looks like a competition bucket seat, but above all one feel better sitting, well held in the seat, it is very pleasant.The hooks to lock the seat in office usage are a big advantage for me as I use the same PC for games and everything else.
